That diversity of thought can help you can broker solutions that take a lot of different perspectives into account.

I get big sets of data that I need to take apart and understand. It’s important to practice asking good questions and learning who is likely to have the answers you need. It’s a skill that takes effort to built, but really pays off in the end.
